Today, well, I found out that my laptop's battery isn't working properly; for example, it shuts down automatically when I unplug it from the charger. I searched up my problem on Google, and found some answers. I got my laptop on October 5, 2011 on the day of my birthday - which makes my laptop about a year, five months, and fifteen days-old. Most computers need a replacement battery in less than a year; if you're lucky, it's two years. All I need to do is just replace my battery and my laptop will be working normally :)
So, I just need my parents to take me to Staples to replace my battery - they can fix CD drives, too, and it costs only $59.99 for getting a new one; but if you want them to fix your computer's drive, it'll cost about $400... Yikes!

The bad thing about waiting for my laptop to not die on me when I accidentally take out the charger or when it slips out by itself is that I can't redo some of the houses for my Sims, like do a makeover, like Rodriquez Family Legacy and my many other stories.
